Business information
Full legal name, registration number, physical address, contact details and the electronic transaction disclosures required by section 43 of the ECT Act are outstanding.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. VAT registration status is to be confirmed.
An order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed.
Custom orders
A Custom Expedition Shirt is produced to artwork drawn from the information and photographs you supply.
A digital proof is sent to you for approval. Production only starts once you approve the proof.
How revisions, approval deadlines and cancellations before approval are handled is being confirmed.
By uploading reference photographs you confirm you are entitled to use them and give Duin Koenyn permission to use them to create your artwork.
Intellectual property
Duin Koenyn artwork, logos and designs remain the property of Duin Koenyn. Whether custom artwork may be reused or reprinted is to be confirmed.
Anything on this page that affects what you pay, when it arrives or what happens if you send it back is published only once Duin Koenyn has signed it off. Ask us in the meantime and you will get a straight answer.
