Delivery areas and rates
Courier partner, delivery areas and the rate card are being finalised. Delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment once the courier account is connected.
Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch times for ready-made stock and for custom orders, which include artwork and proof approval, are being confirmed. We will publish real timelines rather than an estimate.
Tracking
A tracking reference is sent as soon as the waybill is created.
Collection
Whether collection is offered, and from where, is to be confirmed.
