Custom order information: the surname or expedition name you supply, your vehicle details, your notes, and any reference photographs you upload.
Technical information: basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To draw your artwork, produce your order, deliver it and contact you about it.
Reference photographs are used to create your artwork and are attached to the order record so the studio and the production team can work from them.
Sharing
Payment provider, courier and any print partner are listed here once those accounts are confirmed.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods, how to request access to or deletion of your information, and how to lodge a complaint under POPIA are to be confirmed.
Anything on this page that affects what you pay, when it arrives or what happens if you send it back is published only once Duin Koenyn has signed it off. Ask us in the meantime and you will get a straight answer.
