Custom Expedition
The surname or expedition name you want used, your vehicle (make, model and anything that has been added to it), and clear photos of the actual vehicle — side-on and a front three-quarter is ideal. Anything that has to be on the artwork, like a rooftop tent or a bull bar, should be visible in at least one photo.
R599, which includes the artwork, the digital proof and the printed shirt.
Always. A digital proof is sent to you after the artwork is drawn, and nothing goes to print until you have approved it. If something is not right, you tell us and it gets redrawn.
The final custom-order terms, including how revisions are handled, are being confirmed and will be published here before launch.

Sizing
The final size run and the measurements for each size are being confirmed. The size guide below will be filled in with real garment measurements before launch.
Fit, fabric weight and cut are being confirmed with the supplier. We would rather publish the real specification than describe a fit we have not measured.

Measurements are taken flat, in centimetres. Final numbers come from the garment supplier.
How the measurements are taken
- Chest: measured flat, one inch below the armhole, then doubled.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
Printing & care
Print method and the care instructions that go with it are being confirmed with the print partner and will be published per product.
Shipping
The courier and the rate card are being finalised. Delivery cost is shown at checkout as soon as the courier account is connected.
Whether collection is offered, and from where, is still being confirmed.
Returns
Custom items are made to your approved artwork, so returns work differently to ready-made stock. The full returns and refunds policy, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, is being finalised and will be published before launch.
